how should i protect my evil intention towards any kind of fitnah towards any women.

Avoid interacting with non mahram women, and if it is not possible you must lower your gaze and fast every alternate day.

Alhamdulilah i believe in Tawheed and i want to ask How to maintain fluctuations in eeman? Sometimes i feel very high with eman. But after some three or four months the faith level decreases kindly suggest me how to overcome these fluctuations?? May Allah draw your kind attention to this question, so that you reply me.

He s confused and lives away from home to study, surrounded by western culture and has never been too religious however he claimed to have tried praying after receiving the bad news but felt nothing. You must make all your deeds for the sake of Allah, learn your deen and apply the Qur’an and Sunnah as they call to have clear hearts from ‘diseases’, such as hatred and envy etc. Learn to forgive and forget what people do and do good deeds without awaiting for praise or a ‘Thank you’.

If someone’s faith level gets low enough to the point that he/she starts to become influenced by athiets and such, what should they do in such a situation/condition? Or what are the ways to strengthen their level of Imaan?

You need to have patience; at least you can cover yourself and perform your prayers. Being out of your home is dangerous and a single girl is not safe out there. Contact the Muslim center and share your information with them and they should find you a good match in sha Allah.
