ANSWER:

If it is something trivial, give it to her and be a better person.  Praise Allah you are not like her. 

I have one neighbour who constantly asks me vegetables or something she says she has already built 2 houses in loan and the third house loan is being paid by her now and so has limited money only.please may I know should I encourage her asking or just turn it down.
