Is it permissible to pray congregational prayers alone, isolated in the back/corner of the Masjid, because you have the flu (sore throat, coughing, runny nose, fever, etc.) to avoid passing it on to others?

I started new job, they only had a night shift, i will be working for roughly 80% of the night. It will be like this for 5 of the last 10 nights.
