Is it permissible to fix the marriage/Nikah/Walima on the month of Muharram especially on the 9th or 10th Muharram as the 10th Muharram is a sad day for the Muslim Ummah?

ANSWER: No problem in this whatsoever!

Do we receive sin for jariyah sin only each time the person whom we inspire/guide to a sin do that sin, or even if that person dont do that sin anymore we still get continous sin as long as we havent told him to not follow what we ever taught/give to him?

If i go to masjid when its 3rd rakah of magrib. Then after salam should i sut twice on my 2rakah or once ?

ANSWER: You will have to sit after your second rakah and after your third rakah, so you will sit in tashahhud for three times if you joined the imam in the third rakah.

Is the use of tasbeeh to make dhikr permissible?Will using it make us imitate the Jews?Is it equivalent to their Tillit and Tzitzit?

ANSWER: The best is to count the dhikr on your right hand fingers as this is from the sunnah and these would bear witness for you on the day of judgement.

My question is regarding blasphemy law,In my country when someone hears anyone insulting Prophet Muslim or non Muslim they become thirsty for his/her blood, is it in shariah to kill blasphmer?

I’m getting married next summer Insha’Allah and I know and agree that it’s haram to have music, dancing, free mixing and such things at the wedding but my relatives and groom and his family think it’s not a big deal and insist on having that kind of party. ANSWER: You must not agree to this. You can threaten not to attend your own wedding if they insist on doing this. You need to hold your grounds and be steadfast and not compromise your deen.

How much profit or percentage of profit can we earn from a product? Is earning extra profit on any product is riba??

ANSWER: If the product belongs to you, it is permissible to sell it at any price you want.

ANSWER: Your father is not obliged to help your husband. It is your husband’s responsibility and not your father’s. It is obvious that your husband is irresponsible and anyone with dignity would not do such things and expect others to help him. This is called begging!

At times while wiping the head a part in the middle goes unwiped. Is it valid?
