My question is regarding prayers timing. I am working in oil field my duty timing is (12am to 12pm Or 12pm to 12 am) I should not leave my job unless someone relieve me so that my prayers timing were differs or maybe have to pray together of two prayers e.g(zuhr& asr). What should I do or how should I pray in this?

ANSWER: Surely they don’t expect you not to take a lunch or bathroom break in that entire time. Prayers have their allocated times, therefore, you must pray on time.

I broke one of my 2 Ashura fasts midway due to poor health. Do I have to make up for it?

Sheikh, do I need to offer witr also along with four rakahs of isha when I offer qaza namaz for isha???

ANSWER: These are two separate things. If you missed your isha, this is mandatory to perform and make up providing the reason it was skipped was legitimate such as over sleeping. Witr is a voluntary prayer and not mandatory.

Recently I was told that we can perform salat janaza (Funeral Prayer) without having to take wudu? I want to know if this is true?

ANSWER: This is absolutely false. There’s no prayer without wudu.

Sheikh,can a son perform hajj on the behalf of his deceased father as his father gave him money and told him to do so before death?But the son hasn’t perform his own hajj yet and the son isn’t ready for his own hajj yet.Now, what should he do?Can he perform his father’s hajj?

ANSWER: It is not permissible to perform hajj or umrah on behalf of anyone else before you had done it yourself at least once in your lifetime. You can delegate someone trustworthy who has already done hajj before and give that money to them to do hajj on your father’s behalf.

My friends are very unintelligent about Islam. I only really have 4 or 5 close friends, they are all Muslims. They always say things like… oh my gosh, oh my goodness, Jeez, etc. I have tried to warn someone in a nice manner but I got in trouble with my people. Am I excused from leaving the area when they say these things, if I wouldn’t hang out with them I wouldn’t really have friends.

There is a place here which they sell used phones all around. And we know it as bad place because there are a lot of thiefs and bad people here. If i buy phone from someone at that place which is very cheap. And most of the people say they steal those phones and sell but if you are buying and ask them where they got that phone from and they it’s theirs but they really need money. Is it haram?

ANSWER: It’s not permissible to buy from them if you know that they sell stolen items.

If one has a dream that is in the contexts of a wet dream (dreams about intimacy etc) and wakes up realizing they aren’t actually wet from the dream, are they required to perform gusul?
