Is it possible to change our own hearts? I would like to soften my heart, but because I committed sins in the past I am afraid that I will enter hell and these thoughts are a big burden. I know that as a follow in loud prayer you don’t have to recite Fatiha, but what if you join the rakah a bit late when the imam had already finished the Fatiha, is it a must in this case to recite it or it is still optional ?

We know that whoever gets the ruku has got the rakaa. But if someone gets imam surely at the ruku position but before the follower finishes ruku tasbih like subhana rabbiul azim once, the imam starts rising from the ruku. In this case, has the followet got the ruku or he has to repeat the raka after imam finishes his prayer.
