ANSWER: This is not permissible as you cannot have two deals in one transaction. If you had bought it, you should only pay the remaining 30% and not a rent!

Now that apartment is on rent and my father takes the rent money. ANSWER: If it is in your mother’s name and was bought with her money, he has no right in the rent or in anything related to it.

ANSWER: If this was the first athan, there is no problem in that. But if this was the second athan which directly proceeds the Sermon, this is sinful and the transaction is void.

ANSWER: You must avoid free mixing as they are non-mahram to you. Simply stand away from them. If you are asked, you can answer while lowering your gaze and limiting the conversation to the best of your ability.
