No problem for slaughtering livestock to be in any age. 

The specific ages are for sacrifice whether aqeeqah, Udhiyah, Hadi’e or fidiyah

QUESTION: Camel(5yrs), Cattle(2yrs), Goat(2yrs). Are these minimum age limit only for Ulhiyya? Is there any minimum age for slaughtering animal for selling? Some shops slaughter and sell the 1yrs old cattle/cow. Is it Haram to sell or consume?
