ANSWER: Once it becomes legal, official and approved by monetary systems in the world, only then we can revise the fatwa. Until then, the ruling stays the same.

Sheikh, I try to keep Shawwal,Dhulhijjah fast.Bt I’ve around 65 fard fast pending because of not having knowledge of keeping them after getting puberty,I’m now keeping those by taking breaks often. Can I keep those nafil fast every year as I’ve fard left or should I first finish my fard fast as I’ll need long time to finish them

ANSWER: It’s mandatory upon you to first keep the missed fard fasts. You can combine intention of fard missed fasts with Monday and Thursday fasts, Ashura, Arafah, 3 white days, Dhulhijja etc but not 6 days of shawwal.

I became pure from menses while time for maghrib was still there , but the time ended while taking ghusl , should i pray salah of magrib or not?

ANSWER: Of course you must pray it as you became pure and it became obligatory upon you.

Sheikh I talk to my parents on how innovations like Mawlid or congregational dua after Jummah is a bida’h and cite your answers as reference. But my mother literally mocked you by showing her thumb as a mockery, saying that you are just one ordinary Saudi Sheikh with outlandish views where lots of Sheikhs around the world do these practices. ANSWER: Get out of there immediately!

I study in a non muslim university . I was alloted a room with a non-muslim , she keeps the pictures of her gods in the room , i know its not permitted to pray in a room with pictures . So i have made a small partition with a curtain on my side . But the curtain does’nt reach the ceiling ,its midway. Will my prayer be accepted ? Will angles of mercy enter such space ?

ANSWER: If he is this abusive and has such an attitude against Islam, it is best that you leave the house and go and live somewhere else if you can be independent as this is a form of migrating and running away with your religion.
