Sheikh if the imam give adhaan both before beginning the 1st khutbah and before beginning the 2nd khutbah in Arabic, would my jummah be invalid if I don’t listen to first khutbah?…

ANSWER: The khutba that is part of the Friday prayers is the one that follows that Imam coming in, saying Assalamu alaikum …… and sitting down while the mo’athin is giving the athan after that. The khutba before that is just a reminder that is not part of Friday.

I have to pay my zakat al maal this week. I will give some of it to my uncle’s widow & kids who are poor and sick and live in the countryside in North Africa. However I don’t see them as I live in Europe…my mum is only going there in the summer. Can I give my mum the money now and she will give it to them in July or August?

I have a question regarding dowsing. In dowsing you use a metal rod usually l shape or u shape and in order for this to work you have to ask it questions like is there water here is there silver here etc. is this considered black magic and is this haram ?

ANSWER: This is not permissible as it is not scientific and most likely influenced by jinn.

Sheikh i am revert Muslim but my parents don’t know about this. Sheikh the place where i pray fajr salah have some pictures of my dad grandparents at the place where i have to face qibla. I can’t remove this pictures coz my parents will ask me. So it permissible for me to pray fajr in this room??

ANSWER: If you can cover them while praying then you should, if its not possible then no problem due to necessity.

I have 3 quran one in English, one in Arabic and one in both. My elders say that I have to read all the three Quran simultaneously, I cannot read one and leave the other. Is it from the sunnah, or just an innovation.

If we give charity to a family and later find out that the male of the family used that money to consume alcohol, What should we do?? Are we responsible for their sin because it was our given money??
