QUESTION: Sheikh recently my grandmother passed away, and in her last will and testament she specified that the house she owned only be transferred to my father because he was the one who mostly paid for it and took care of her & that cost us much.However since my father has two sisters who are requesting a share of the property and since the house belongs to my father Is my father under any obligation now?

ANSWER: If he has proof that he invested the money or paid for it as a loan to his mother, he can keep it. But if he gave that to his mother as a gift, he can’t take anything more than the inheritance which Allah has given him.

QUESTION: I’ve watched a reel from ** *, and he says that It’s a sunnah to pray 2 rakah before leaving the house and after entering the house. So, what about me going out to the mosque, does it still apply, also what about praying it in forbidden times?

ANSWER: Having feelings for someone who is not a potential suitor is illogical as thousands of women lost good proposals due to such mirage! A bird in hand is better than 10 on the tree. Go ahead with this good proposal that checks all boxes instead of depending on something that is not certain.

QUESTION: I learnt that if a person abandons salah then we should not stop replying his salam cz conditions re fulfilled or not,we don’t know yet.If we stop replying his salam that indirectly means we takfir him kafir.Q is, then why are we prohibited to eat slaughtering of those who doesn’t pray?In their case, conditions are fulfilled or not,we also don’t know,not eating their meat,doesn’t it do takfir

ANSWER: If he such a person was labeled as kafir for not praying, by a Muslim court or authorized Islamic center, you can’t eat from what that person has slaughtered because he is a Kafir. But if it was not proven that he is an apostate, you can eat from it.

QUESTION: What is the ruling for women on fasting the 6th fast of Shawwal as they have to complete their missed fasts from Ramadan too? So do we have to complete our missed obligatory fast before fasting for Shawwal or is it ok if I fast the 6th fasting of Shawwal and complete missed fast of Ramadan later?

ANSWER: You must fast the missed days of Ramadan first and then fast the 6 days of Shawwal.

ANSWER: They have no right to stop you from marrying if you are financially independent and can take care of your wife and open up a home for her. Your brother’s marriage has nothing to do with you getting married. You can get married even if they are not ok with that.

ANSWER: If he did not have the money to feed till he died, you can either pay on his behalf or fast on his behalf.

QUESTION: My uncle recently died because of liver cancer. It seems to us that he didnt pray almost at all. A few days before his death, he was told to accept that what he did was wrong and to repent, and he did so alhamdulillah. After that he suffered terribly due to brutal pain, thus he didnt start praying during his last days. Is his repentance still valid? Is he considered a martyr?
