ANSWER: It is not permissible to take photos of such statues as this is imitating the creation of Allah and one of the major sins in Islam. It is totally inappropriate for a Muslim to endorse such a sin by taking a photo of it and being proud of that.

ANSWER: His Islam is certain and his whispers of kufr are doubtful. Certainty is not affected by doubt.

QUESTION: I was wondering about how to manage between not sitting idly and not talking over the imam in salah. For instance if I start the opening du’a and the imam then starts Al-Fatihah should I stop? Or if he starts a takbeer of movement should I renain idle whilst he finishes, and what about tasleem? Should I remain silent when the imam says it?
