I want to ask if one hasn’t yet paid the dowry can he visit his wife in her parent’s house?

If the marriage contract was done but the dowry or mahar was not paid, this doesn’t affect the marriage as it is a debt with the husband. They are legally married and he can be with her in her parents’ house.

Im getting married next month.my inlaws have decided a maher(dowry) for me which is meher_e-fatimi.may be mahr of our prophets daughter.we dont know that.could you plz tel us what is that?

There isn’t anything as such to my knowledge. The dowry should be as the norm in your community. It shouldn’t be a lot and it shouldn’t also be too little as the woman should benefit from it.

Can the bride ask for as much dowry(haq mehr) as she wants in islam? Or the husband can give as much as he wants to?

The woman can ask before the marriage, whatever she wants as her Mahr. The man has the right to accept and continue with the marriage or refuse and leave.

If some one wanted to divorce her wife and she just gave birth to a child and under the bleeding of birth (nafaas) then wats the procedure of giving the divorce?

You have to wait until she is pure from her bleeding. Once she is pure,you can divorce her.

Is a man allowed to divorce his wife immediately after she delivers, or in that period of 40 days?

This is permissible if he only divorced her the first or second divorce. There has to be a new marriage contract with a new dowry and the consent of her guardian (father).

I am going to be traveling for work halal purposes from Tuesday 5am til Friday 7pm from London (UK) to Lichfield (UK) which is over 100 miles away. I will not be driving there so I have no means of transport when I get there.As I am a traveler do I have to offer jumu’ah salaah in the masjid? If I cannot find a masjid for jumu’ah what should I do?

You should investigate and pray In the masjid as this is the greatest prayer of the week. There are buses and taxis.

I was unsure of whether I completed a rakah (in salah), I repeated it but at the end of Salah I forgot to perform the prostration of forgetfulness. Is my Salah valid or should I perform my salah again?

It is valid because you forgot.

During salah if a woman’s arm (above wrist and below elbow or any part of skin) is exposed involuntarily, and she had covered ( with her head scarf) before starting salah but during salah, as performing ruku and prostration it is exposed is her salah valid?

If it was exposed for a short period of time involuntarily, her payer is valid but she must take her precautions next time to ensure this doesn’t happen again

Is there any sunnah prayer before salat al-Jumu’ah? except for the 2 rakah when entering the Masjid. If it is not a sunnah, what should I then do if I am in a masjid, where everybody else do it?
