Yes, unless the enemy has attacked your city. In this case, you don’t need their permission

I want to go for jihad but my parents do not allow me. We are four brothers and I am the youngest one so tell me what should I do? My father say you can not go until the head of Muslim state declares jihad.

If he had no mother or father living: The wife gets one eighth (1/8) The rest (7/8) is divided over 6 shares, each girl takes one share while each boy takes 2 shares.

I have a question on the Hukum Faraidh. Is it alright to apply Takharuj for the distribution of the deceased wealth, meaning that all the siblings male and female agreed that the wealth to be distributed equally.
