What is your advise on when you think someone in your family is using you for their own personal gain, should you still stay in contact with this person, or simply help them with what you can but don’t go out of your way?

You shouldn’t sever your kinship. Helping them when you can is part of connecting it and it is rewarded as long as it is halal. Therefore, I advise you to help them whenever you can but don’t go out of your way to do so

Sometimes we come across people who are ignorant about Islam, perhaps because of a lack of opportunity for learning or perhaps because of a lack of interest. In such cases, it is very difficult to explain something to them. How should we treat such people?

You should not listen to Satan who is advising you not to do this so that you can avoid arguments. You must do it but use wisdom and diplomacy while doing so.

A new mosque opened in my city, but some people are trying to bring music and unislamic things inside and they have threaten the guy there, if I fight them when there is a need and I die will I be considered as a shaheed?

Fighting them would only cause more problems for Muslims. Try to advise them and always call the police.

When I see the some of Muslims who practice bidah, shirk etc my mind is automatically becoming angry and hating them, is it from Satan? Behaving to them in good manner as they all Muslims is the correct way?

It is permissible to give salam if you are sure that you will not cause fitnah in the heart of these people. if both of you are alone, you should not give salam.

Someone once told me that if someone comes to claim a seat you are sitting on, it should be given to him. And if anyone offer a seat already seated on, it should not be taken. Sheikh is this true?

It appears that this is permissible as long as it doesn’t include anything that goes against Islam.

I have a friend who is a practicing muslim (she prays, fasts, gives charity and wears hijaab etc…) but she often makes comments like ‘death penalty is wrong’, ‘Secular divorce law is the best’ etc and has a negative attitude towards many aspects of the shariah. I have politely told her that such beliefs and comments can lead to nullifying her Islam. But she still seems the same and likes to argue about these issues just for the sake of argument. What should I do now? Should I avoid her company?

Advise her and tell her that you will boycott her because of her ideas that are considered an act of apostasy and objection over the rulings of Allah.

Is it fine if girls to be rude to strangers (opposite gender) especially when they sense their intentions are not good and when they misbehave? And is it ok to deal with them with feeling of pride/arrogance/rudeness in order to show the strong side? …as I have seen the innocent and humble girls being mistreated . ( I know ALLAH protects) but this trick really works.
