It is forbidden for a woman to expose herself to the opposite sex.

A 13 year old girl is a woman or almost going to be one. She must cover her body and wear the Hijab.

It is human nature that both sexes are attracted to each other. That is why Islam wants to protect both men and women from the traps of Satan.

I am writing in regards of my 13 year daugter. I have been ask to provied why in Islam she need a women coach to teach her swimming leason. Could you please gave in detail the reson why it is necessary for her to have a femal coach?
