Sheikh, I have heard about Sadakhathul Jariya, where our merits accumulates even after death. Does the same thing applies to Sins, there are sins which accumulate, for example giving a movie cd or sharing music or even backbiting?

Yes, this applies also to sins.

My question relates to major sins, in Islam there are over 70 major sins. If we are guilty of any of them, what is the method to ask Allah (swt) to forgive us and for Him to accept our repentance?

You must stop doing it, have the intention not to go back to it, feel deep remorse and do good deeds.

If you know that something is haram or halal, you should inform those who don’t know that.

If one harbour envy, jealousy and ill feeling about other without speaking or acting on those, will he be sinful or not?

It appears that such sins of the heart, one is sinful because he has intend it with his heart and it was out thoughts crossing his mind.

My friend is seeking advice from me about individuals who committing haram asking me what should she do about it.Is this backbiting because I know who they are?

This is backbiting as she should have only asked you about what to do if people did this or that and without naming them.

I just wanted to know is the rule of necessity restricted to life and death situations and where is the rule derived from and how widely can it be applied,For example can taking an interest based loan for the purposes of higher education fall under this rule?

This is not a necessity as a person may live without such a loan.

A scholar told me those women are not getting marriage by any situation , if they commit adultery( zina) , then Allah the Amighty forgive them . Is that truth ?

This is not true at all.

I know that a female shouldn’t recite quran to a na mahram male. But I had to choose a male qari (who teaches me online without seeing me and where heads of institute can keep eye on our conversation) due to financial issues, etc.

When communicating with people in different gatherings and ‘chit chatting’, What is halal conversation? And what areas of conversation do you recommend sticking to in order to avoid idle talk, gheebat etc.
