It is allowed providing that you avoid the eyebrows and you don’t expose your awrah to people who are not allowed to see it.

It is not permissible to trim, shave, pluck or cut the eyebrows. The only exception is when one single hair or more is going into the eye and harming the individual.

It was the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam who forbade a woman from travelling without a male mahram even if it was for Hajj.
