Sheikh, is there any difference in performing prayer of man and a women?

Basically there isn’t any difference. Sometimes when a woman is praying outside and men are looking, we may ask her to conceal herself and not to follow a number of Sunnah. And Allah knows best

Sheikh, if one wakes up late for fajr and there is only around 5 minutes for the sun rays to appear, should one pray the sunnah or the fard first? If the fard first, then does one pray sunnah after that?

If a person is afraid that the sun would rise if he prayed the Sunnah, he should pray the Fard and then pray the Sunnah afterwards. And Allah knows best

Is it forbidden to pray in a house where there is alcohol or cigarettes? If for example in your house you have 2 rooms and in one room there is alcohol and in the other room you do your salaat. Is it forbidden to pray in that house?

This is permissible. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam used to pray while Aish, may Allah be pleased with her was lying in front of him.

If i was praying by myself is it permissible to pray a loud. l have more khusoo than praying silently.

I don’t always finish reciting surah fatiah when the iman says ameen, should i continue reciting surah fatiah or stop to say ameen and then continue reciting the surah.

I didn’t understand your question. If I understand it correctly, you are not allowed to recite the Fatiha while the Imam is reciting it. You can recite it if the Imam finishes reciting it. If there is not enough time, his recitation would be a recitation for you. And Allah knows best

When a man recites surah al-Alaq in the SALAT and finishes the Surah he makes Sujood after Sujood will he stand up or he makes rukoo’?

You must try to wake up on time. Never the less, if you start your prayer and finish one Rak’ah before the sun rises, you have prayed Fajr on time. If you woke up unintentionally after sunrise or just as the sun was rising, you must pray Fajr immediately.
