My nikah is fixed on Sept 20th,2014. We have just started giving invitations. The bride’s parents have not yet started giving invitations. On August 19th (few days back) bride’s brother in-law passed away suddenly. Now our marriage date is before the completion of 40 days of his death. Can they give invitations now and can nikah take place?

Yes, the nikah can take place as they are allowed to mourn only for three days.

What is it better in the eyes of Allah? Continuing to work in a non islamic bank in a Muslim country or moving to a non Muslim country to raise the children and being jobless?

A sister has been suggested by a friend to consider a boy for marriage. She saw the picture of the boy on Facebook, now the boy has been informed to consider this sister but he has no idea how she looks to move further with the talk and involving parents. The girl already informed the mother but don’t know how to take this further because without seeing and knowing. What is to be done?

If he is considering her, he should tell his parents and have them set up a meeting with the girl and her mahram. You can see her during this meeting.

If my sisters leave the home with makeup on but they will be travelling in a car to their friends house and back and they do this regularly. Do the car windows need to be tinted or no? (I ask because men still look inside the car whilst oncoming towards the car and at traffic lights etc)

If in my area the water contains bacteria which is fatal when it enters through the nose. Is it permissible while making wudu that I use my fingers to wet my nose or not to take the water as up as possible as the sunnah directs us to and ? And is putting water in the nose a fardh part of wudu?

It is Fard and part of wudhu. However, if the danger is eminent and real, one is exempted from whatever is truly harmful and you may skip this or minimize and offer tayammum afterwards for the missed part.
