I have a question on taxation. Is it okay for a muslimah to work with a law firm that deal with tax collection? Please i need an answer on islamic view.

Working with tax collection is forbidden.

What is the ruling on goibng to a Kafir court in the absence of Muslim courts, like in the U.K? IOs it Kufr as we don’t prefer man-made law to the Shariah, it is just that there is no option to be ruled by the shariah.

This is permissible to get your right as it is the only way available. However, you must not exceed what is lawfully yours even if the court give that to you.

im a muslim, i pray five time day, i protect myself from sexual desires but…Im dutiful to my parents but i dont know my father does not like me…So one day i had fought with my father at that time i lost my temper this lead to serious problem….But i feel guilty but im cannot able to control my tamper….Sheikh please try to understand im not doing by following my desire im losing my tamper….So sheikh is there any repentance for me & will Allah accept my repentance ????

An old man, a sufi shaykh called nazim al haqqani died recently and the salafi religious brothers were on various facebook posts mocking him..is this kind of behavior justified against MUSLIMS who are from ahlul bid’ah?

Sheikh, whenever we get a new chauffeur or a car, my mother in law uses it. She has her own car and chauffeur Alhamdulillah but whenever we hire someone new or get a new car for ourselves, my mother in law starts using it without even asking unless her one is better. It gets very hard for me to give directions to a new one. I have been keeping patience but now it’s becoming too much. What should I do?

I read Kitab Al Jihad (Ibn Nuhaas) and Yusuf Qordhowi’s Fiqh Al-Jihad. I havent found anything about war between Muslims, and there are Muslim captives. Is there any difference in ruling if the captive is Muslim? Humane treatment must be the same, but how about execution? The aforementioned books only talk about if Muslims captured a kafir, or if a Muslim soldiers was captured by the kafir, not when a Muslim soldier is captured by a Muslim.

Assalamu alaikum. I watch a lecture about the life of Juhaid Baghdadi.And it is said that he used to offer 300-unit prayer every day.How it can be so? I thought with all the sunnah prayer and night prayer it will not be so many. How can a person pray so that his prayers willbe so many? Thank you

Assalamu aalikom There are prescribed Sunnah prayers and there are general voluntary prayers. You can pray as many rak’ah as you want of the voluntary prayers.

Sheikh, i am getting married soon and going back to study medicine after an incident where i got mentally sick but Alhamdulilah now i am all better.If am starting a family,would it be better for me to stop studying and get a job?my husband doesnt make much money as he is also a student.i also have hard time giving up medicine altogether.its good knowledge and i can help treat my muslim sisters inshaAllah.i have prayed istikhara,i am just in need of good advice.
