And those thoughts that a person gets of women, and when he ask Allah to forgive him and make Tawbah for those thoughts, would Allah expose him to the women On Yawm al-Qiyama for having such thoughts about her, even after he made tawbah?

You should fast voluntarily in order to control your nafs. As long as you don’t act upon these thoughts and you don’t talk to anyone about them and you try to fight them, Allah will not expose you or hold you accountable.
