my marriage has not been consummated. before the nikkah when my parents asked for whether i was in agreement with cousin, i had rejected but was pressurised to say yes. i went to pakistan and the nikkah took place. i signed the papers (with my heart content) and tried to be happy for my family. i know i will not fulfil my duty as a wife and want a divorce. family aren’t agreeing. what do i do?

Once you travel Jumaah is not obligatory upon a traveller.

do I have to read sunnah rakats while I am performing my Qasr salah while I am travelling or does it only apply to Fajr salah sunnah. Means only half Fard rakats while travelling.

While traveling, the Prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam skipped Thuhr, Maghreb and Isha sunnah and he prayed everything else as normal.

There were two calls for salaat ul-fajr (prayer the first just before dawn—for those who are awake performing night prayers so as for them to either rest for Fajr or have food if they intend to fast the next day, and for those who are asleep in order they may begin to arise and be ready for Fajr. Sheikh, it means after first call of adhan we should stop praying tahajud & take rest?
