Can SADAQAH (Charity) be given to anyone? I mean in India, there are poor Muslims but majority of them are Bareillvies, who are involved in grave worship etc. So, can we give them SADAQAH because to find a POOR MUSLIM who is on a TRUE PATH is very difficult ?

You know when Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) said about two things which Allah Almighty wipes away all sins. 1. When a person comes back from Hajj, if he or she did not commit any obscenity or evil. 2. When a person reverts to Islam. Does all sins mean all their major and minor sins being wiped clean for these two?
