No , this is not true.

I was told that in tawaf for umrah you have to pay dam if you touch any  part of kaaba (including hijr ismail)and kissing the black stone because of  the fragrance of the stone, kiswa etc. Is this true?

What is the ruling on taking your grandmother for Umrah? She is my grandfather’s brother’s wife. There is no one else able to take her and she really wants to go for Hajj next year and Umrah next year In sha’Allah. Can you please let me know whether this is permissible to do or not?
