Failing to do one’s duties as directed by Allah and His Messenger salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and doing sinful things are part of ‘shortcomings.’

In a book of hafiz Al Asqalani, book #2, chapter 7, ”Bab Sifat Salat”, hadith 271: mother Aisha r.a. reported that Prophet saw prohibited muslims sit like a satan. What does it mean ”sit like a satan”??? its part of a longer hadith.

If the massage is being given to the same gender and for medical purposes while concealing the awrah, this is permissible.

There is a hadith that states if a person is in the masjid and the Adhan goes off, they are not allowed to leave until they pray in Jama’ah. What if a person is not in the masjid but is next door, is it allowed for him to leave?

There is a radio station where I have opportunity to invest. Concern is, this radio station may be broadcasting haram things like songs, etc. At the same time this is a business opportunity for me, may help me get connections, etc and also may give me opportunity to push for broadcasting religious program like ‘Quran recitation as a program. Am I allowed to invest in this radio project?

By investing in such a radio station, you will be responsible for whatever is being aired on it. Therefore I believe that you must not invest in such a project.

if my husband doesn’t let the government(non-muslim) know about owning a house abroad now & he’s claiming benefits in this country & i also signed on the application form saying will let the goverment know of any changes but out of fear he will divorce me(i also have a child)if i do so i don’t declare this information,although i signed that i will.is there sin on me? i don’t know what to do?
