For a marriage to be valid, the follwoing conditions are there:
Bride and groom are both Muslims or bride is atleast from ahl-ul-kitaab.
presence of Bride’s Wali.
presence of two witnesses and no obstacles preventing the marriage.

what are the required conditions for the marriage contract to be valid generally?
