There is nothing as nawafil zakat! There is voluntary sadaqa and there is mandatory zakat. Mandatory zakat can’t be given in building masjids.

Please iam a fan of peace tv. i have heard you sometimes refering to some believe as the believe of Ahl Sunnah Waljamah, what is that? is Ahl Sunnah Waljammah as in some countries one of the prophesized sects and is it that which is best, what is the evidence?

The belief of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah is the belief of the prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and his companions. It is following the Quran and sunnah with the understanding of the righteous predecessors.(Salaf)

My sister is going through some illness…and my brother in law hanging amulets or some pieces of wood on my sisters hand..and i know its completely shirk…so if take a stand to remove that amulets knowing the couple will have chaos later on this issue…wht should i do in this case…i tried to make them understand..but they dont…wht should i do in this situation.

You can only advise them. and if they persist on using them still, they are sinful. Pray for their guidance and try to talk to someone who they listen to in order to warn them of the sin they are indulging in.

In Pakistan they have 6 statements testifying to faith. First kalimah is Tayyaba: la ilaha ilallah. Second is shahadah. Third is tamjeed. Fourth is tawheed. Fifth is istigjfar. Sixth rad e kufr. Is this bidah?

There is only one kalimah in Islam and that is La ilaha illalah Muhammad ar rasool Allah. The rest is not part of the teaching of our Prophet salla Allahu alaih WA sallam though these statements may be part of thikr!

If someone is financially and physically able but can’t travel for hajj because he is an introvert. So is hajj obligatory on him?

If he is physically and financially able, then yes, hajj is obligatory upon him.

If any Muslim painting prophet Mohammed naked pictures/cartoons to get a job, money or for any other reasons, still he is a Muslim.

Do all the books of ibn Kathir include information from Christian and Jewish sources like “Qasas ul Anbiya”? I want to read “Ghazwat ul Rasul”, “Al-Sira Al-Nabawiyya”, and “Al Bidayah Wa Al Nihayah”. All these are by ibn Kathir. But it is confusing to me if there are citations other than Quran and Sunnah. Please advice.

my friend’s husband sold his house after he converted to islam because he found out that it is haram. Then he looked for islamic banking housing and now they bought a house with islamic banking thinking that’s halal because the imams are saying that it is permissible. So will they be held accountable for that sin or not since they are following the imams fatwa?

If they believe that these Imams are knowledgeable and know, there is no sin on them in sha Allah,

If one has a job delivering packages and sometimes the packages may or may not contain chocolates which include alcohol, is this job haram for him? Also, there is no way to tell what is in the package because they are not marked and are being sent from business companies not by individuals. Is one sinful if he does not know what is in the package but he knows there could be a possibility of something haram being in it?
