For those that live in sweden and the they has to fast 20 hours, should they do that or follow a another Islamic country?

Assalamualaykum Shaikh, one question. can i keep aside zakat money to intend to pay after going India after Eid where I can give it to our deserving needy relative, even if my zakat Lunar year is already completed. what is the ruling, will it be OK to keep aside zakat money and pay later, coz here in UAE money goes to donation box but we want to give to our needy relatives.

My question is should we perform wudoo with saltish water and rinse our mouth with saltinsh water ? Because absorbtion of salt starts from mouth
