Begging is not permissible,

there are many online fundraising campaigning websites who help people to raise funds by charity for their need for a very low or no charge. These sites are mostly from non-islamic countries like USA or UK. Is it permissible for a muslim to ask them to raise money for his/her personal need for example university tuition fee?

Is it permisible to hide the reality but without lying. For example: my mother asks me what are you doing. And I say here I’m studying. In reality I’m memorising the quran (study islam) but she thinks I’m studying secular studies.Or she asks me where are you going. So I say to univeraity. But in reality Im going to meet a friend but she will think that I go to study.
