Is it okay to give Zakah to our blood relatives when they are in extreme need without letting them know this is Zakah money so that they don’t feel embarrassed and shy in taking that money? Because many times people out of their dignity and self respect reject to take that money even if they are in need, especially from the people they know.

I converted to Islam in America and my family is still nonmuslim. My mother used to work for perdue, and told me that they have Christians slaughtering their meat. Is this meat permissible to eat? If they are trinitarian does it matter?(not sure, but likely) Also I do not know if they kill it in the name of God or the messiah. Am I allowed to eat this meat?

sheikh someone I know wants to get surgery to correct her jaws, she’s so traumatised by the deformality it has affected her life. It’s been about 15years she hasn’t exposed her face to her parents or siblings let alone anyone else. She doesn’t get treatment for medical purpose if it involves exposure to her face. Is she allowed to get surgery to correct it?

I’m a Jewish revert to islam. I would like to know if it is haram to eat meat with dairy product in islam. (Milk and Meat) It was prohibited according to the Torah.

Sheikh, my monthly period never last longer than 6th or 7th days, but this month, on the 6th day i saw yellow clear discharge,i made Ghusul & prayed, after that i saw a drop of blood, and again on 7th day i saw again yellow discharge and i made Ghusul & prayed and the 8th day again a blood discharge, but this time i wash only my private area, make Wudu’u and pray… Am I wrong?

If the blood stops and you see the white thread like discharge, you are pure and must pray! The discharge you see days afterwards has no effect on your purity. Simply purify yourself from it and make wudhu and pray.

Suppose a man wear a silver ring as a amulet. Then he become know the truth about amulet and repent. Now if he change his intention & wear the same ring (only as a ornament) is it allowed?
