I am asking about gift not inheritance. I know there is two opinions about giving gift to son and daughter. 1) Giving gift equally to son & daughter 2) Giving gift to them according to sharing inheritance. If father gift same amount of money like 500 BDT to his son and 500 BDT to his daughter,is daughter sinning if she takes full money?

The place from where I belongs to were 100% Muslims but there are different sects like Sunni, Mujahid etc. Those who say they are sunni’s celebrate the Rabi al Awwal 12 as the Prohets birthday and it is a very big celebrations and make feast for all the natives, Is it acceptable for us to accept the feast? If he had the chance to do hajj but did not do it, you must not take anything from his wealth to perform hajj with as this wealth belongs to heirs now. Whoever wants good deeds may perform hajj on his behalf or pay someone to do that for him.

This hadeeth is authentic but it refers to the general Duaa that is not related to a specific form of worship such as after the five daily prayers as if it was a sunnah, it would have been reported to us that the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi sa sallam used to do it regularly.

We live in 1 bedroom. I feel embaressed to make dua and worship Allah infront of people like I would do if I were alone and also concerned about committing riyaa. Is this shirk? Please define this. shaykh.Ibn al Qayim said that delaying tawbah is haram.Sometimes I delay tawbah a day or until I feel good to do it, when I can cry with high concentrantion. Because sometimes I dont feel ok or I’m tired becUse I’m just to go to bed.Is it permisible this short delay 1 day or hours?
