My husband used to drink alcohol and when ever i ask not to do that he recite kalma that he will not do that again and then he go there again and consume alcohol repeatedly. Once I asked him that if he ever consume alcohol again , will i be divorced and he said yes if he ever do that again you get 3 divorces and after 10 minutes he went to alcohol party and consumed alcohol. is the divorce valid

This depends on his intention. If he intended to divorce, the divorce took place only once. If not, this was an oath that must be expiate by feeding ten poor people. It is very weird that you ask for your own divorce like this!

Do we have to memorize ruku numbers when we are doing hifz. These ruku numbers are only written on the quran that is printed in pakistan and India. My teacher is telling me that you have to memorize it. Is it gunnah if I don’t memorize it and will it effect my hifz?

You recite Fatiha then Ikhlas once, and then go for ruku and after you raise your head from ruku you can raise your hands and say Duaa Qunoot.

Simply tell them they must not do this as it is forbidden! If they don’t listen, complain to the headmaster or the administration! The sin will be on them, not you.
