my friend mother’s brother died.now they want to feed people and read Quran by is name sothat the dead person get reward.my question is is it allowed in islam? Can i attend such invitations? what is the real islamic ruling on this situations.how one can get benifit ofter his/her death?please clarify my question.

If we are trying to memorise a surah which has Prostration ayah in it, do we have to prostrate each time. Someone said we should recite SubhaanAllah Alhamdulillah Allahu Akbar three times every time the ayah comes and do sajdah when we finish learning. Please guide.
