QUESTION: Is there any Sunnah that’s to be followed in death anniversary of someone? (Because there’s always some kind of ritual is being followed on death anniversary where I live).

ANSWER: It’s not permissible to celebrate death anniversaries as it’s an innovation and imitating the disbelievers.

QUESTION: I haven’t make up my previous Ramadan fast which i missed due to menstruation. If i start now, maybe I will not be able to complete it since there is a possibility of my period getting started. Can I make up my fasts after this ramadan?

ANSWER: You must make up as many as possible before this Ramadan and make up the rest of them after Ramadan besides repenting sincerely to Allah while showing deep remorse for delaying them for this long.

QUESTION: According to the hadith umrah in ramadan is like doing hajj in reward.. so if someone does umrah in Ramadan on behalf of a deceased will the reward be the same as doing hajj?

QUESTION: If a person is travelling from one country to another to their relatives house and is going to stay there for 15-20 days do they have to pray full namaz or will be it qasr even if they have all comfort of a house there.. coz here people say even if a person has all the comfort but they are travelling they don’t have to pray full namaz even if they are staying there for more than a month also

ANSWER: They should pray normally when they have settled down! While they are traveling or not settled, they can shorten and combine.

QUESTION: Sheikh if I do zikr in my mind and heart with no moving of lips is that zikr valid I mean will I get the reward?

QUESTION: I have a question regarding cloud seeding. Cloud seeding is a process through which chemicals are sprayed into clouds to encourage more rainfall. This process is now widely used in Arab countries like the Emirates. Is conducting cloud seeding operations permissible to tackle water scarcity or will it be going against the idea that Allah sends down rain ?

ANSWER: Cloud seeding is a means, and using means is permissible as long as they do not involve haram or shirk. Rain is still from Allah, and it is Allah who sends and allows it.
