My wife consistently asked for divorce and finally gave her a divorce letter perhaps she may recind her decision. At a family meeting she rather accused me of divorcing her. Upon this I told her if that’s case I’m no longer divorcing you. I said this a day before her ida ended. She stayed and left after 3months.she now wants come back. Do I have to REMARRY HER again?

If this was the first or second divorce and you said this with the intention of revoking the divorce and she stayed with you for three months and then left, you are still married.

My father died almost 2 years ago, I’m the oldest one of my family and I have 2 brothers “8 and 18 years old ” and 2 sisters “16 and 21 years old ” ,Is it obligatory for me to spend on them?! Would I be sinful if I didn’t spend on them?! Notably, their pension is only 500Le because the rest of the pension goes to my step mom and half brother. Is it optional or obligatory?!

If you are financially able to, you must help the youngest and the girls (if they are not married) because if one of them dies, you will inherit them! This is an obligation upon you to provide for them.
