QUESTION: I’m a Muslim woman.I’m planning to marry a guy who is born Muslim but doesn’t believe in our religion.He doesn’t follow any other religion.But he is a good man, willing to provide for me, loves respects me.We haven’t done any haram things.He respects my religion and allows me to practice it.If I marry him, is the marriage gonna be valid?If we get intimate after marriage will it be counted as zina?

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited and the marriage would be invalid, you would be living in zina and the children born would be illegitimate as a Muslim woman can only marry a Muslim man!

QUESTION: I had the intention of ghusl and I performed ghusl and it was time for prayer can I directly pray as I am purified and cleaned or should I have to perform wudu to pray?

ANSWER: If you had made ghusl to lift up a major sexual impurity or ghusl after menses then no need to make another wudu to pray.

QUESTION: Can a woman go back to the same husband after obtaining khula from him? Please advise under what conditions she can do that and what would be the process.

ANSWER: This is permissible if khulu was done and financial compensation was paid to the husband. They must get married again, with a new marriage contract, consent of her father (wali), new mahr and in the presence of 2 muslim male witnesses.

ANSWER: No, it is neither shirk nor kufr but it’s a major sin that would put the one doing it in hell for few years until Allah wills the he gets out.

QUESTION: My friend is refusing to remove a video of me from the internet. It was at her wedding and us friends were casually dancing but I had no idea it was being recorded or that it would be published online. When i found out later on i regretted & asked her to have it removed but she refused. Am i sinful?

QUESTION: My elder brother nor my younger sister, talks to me, what should i do i also dont try to talk to them but i feel like we should talk, we all talk yo the youngest sister hut not to each other, even when we have work to do we communicate to our young sister. ANSWER: You are all in great danger as the Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa sallam warned that those who sever ties of kinship will not be admitted to paradise. Failing to communicate with one another and having hearts filled with arrogance and resentment surely fits the description of “severing ties of kinship” like a glove.
