I’ve a question that in many countries like India, Pakistan & Bangladesh people gather after namaz e fazr or after namaz e jumma and they perform salutations on prophet (saw) saying “Ya nabi salam alaika Ya rasool salam alaika”,,, some of them say you should do the same & some of them say it is not the part of Islam… So what’s the actual truth?? Do we find it any hadith..

If you have done something haram in the past but has changed your life around spiritually, and then you see your friends or siblings engaged with haram, does it make you a hypocrite if you tell them what they are doing is haram and they should stop?

My question is about dua manzil, munjiyat and ayat sakina and shifa. I was wondering if these Duas are authentic or biddah. They all have selected verses of the Quran and the dua book I got it from says we should recite them for protection, please clarify this for me.

Is it permissible to name our children for example Noah instead of Nuh..or Mary instead of maryam or david instead of dawud? Must it be in arabic only?

I wanted to know when do we have to repeat a rakah in jammat again when joining in the prayer. If i join a prayer and miss the ruku but join in the prayer before sujood do i have to repeat the rakat or not.

If you caught the rukuh, no need to repeat it. If you didn’t catch it, you must offer a new Rakah.

I am pakistani born muslim,taught reading quran/arabic pretty wrong due to urdu difference.I am unable to properly pronounce ک /ق differently and خ/ح.I was brought up pronouncing ض as a sound Z.Some time ago I learned that it is sound like د.I used to read quran/salat fluently, and Surah Fatiha this way, but now i have anxiety.I tried but failed to correct pronunciation,will my ibadat be accepted?

Yes, as this is the best you can do. However, you should never give up and must practice over and over again and you will master it in sha Allah.
