Every time I work on strengthening my emaan and becoming more religious i start facing difficult situations like losing a job, relationship issues etc. This is very disturbing. Is this a trial or punishment for my unislamic activities in the past.

It could be a test or punishment. It is completely prohibited to think negative of Allah like this and attribute these calamities to wanting to become more religious. These are whispers from Satan.

If i miss fajar salah due to over sleeping can I pray it with zohar or do i have to pray it as soon as i wake up?

I have read talking to photos is shirk if we talk to photos of the living or even dead without the believe they can hear it ? If We talk just to satisfy ourselves ?How is talking to photos shirk? Can it be not considered as vain talk ?

Keeping photos of the deceased is prohibited. Talking to photos is not logical whether living or dead and can be an act of shirk if you think they can actually hear you!

Is the surah read after fatihah obligatory? also , in silent prayers, is it obligatory for the imaam to read both the fatihah and another surah or can he read only fatiha?

Reciting Surah Fateha is obligatory, the other Surah after that is a Sunnah whether in loud or silent prayers, including Imam. You will be missing out on the reward though if you skip the other Surah. The follower is not allowed to recite anything in loud rakah except the Fatiha.

She’s your aunt. You should invite her. Don’t pay her any attention, just smile in her face and don’t react to anything she says nor argue with her.

sheikh I live with my mother in law and I try to keep a balance in our relationship although she has her mood swings and loves picking up fights and commenting thins I dislike infact Ishe would not even reply to my salam despite having reminded her several times…It hurt me such that of late I stopped giving her salam as she wouldn’t reply. Am I wrong?

Now this is a good rule since men are more experienced in authority and leadership, I wanted to know whether they have the right to abuse this power on their own wish? The general teachings state that the best of men are the best and most kindest to their women. With great powers come great responsibilities and some men may abuse that. This is not permissible and they are sinful for that.

What about cutting down the RELATIONS with relatives in case if they have hurt me by putting evil eye on my family members… I hope sheikh you will get my point… Its the matter of honor

Cutting relationships with relatives is totally prohibited, you must at least greet them, and how do you know that they have evil eye on you, this feeling is from shytan.

Thank you for your reply. So is the Ijara mortgage offered by HSBC or Al Rayan bank in the UK acceptable. I am not sure if they are implemented correctly.
