If a person is in deep sleep and dreams of having an affair with a lady and when he is about to eject sperm out he wakes up and a drop or sometimes more comes out immediately after waking up.Does that person have to take ghusl?

ANSWER: If the person ejaculates, whether little or more, he has to take ghusl. If this drop or so comes out while he is awake without being ejaculated, this takes the ruling of mathi.

when my beard grows,the space above the neck grows first so a lot of hair grows there but still i can see my face clearly,in this case do i have to wash my beard during wudu?

ANSWER: If the skin is visible, you must wash your face then the area underneath the beard.

Reciting al-fatiha is a rukn like the first takbeer so if one forgot to recite al-fatiha is the entire salah null like if they forget the Tajweed or just that Rakah? And what if they are in doubt and not certain that thet forgot?

if at night I apply oil on my feet & arms because of cold weather, do I have to wash it with soap before fajr to make sure the wudhu water reaches my skin? & likewise if I apply during day time. or is it ok to do wudhu directly on that oily skin?

ANSWER: No need for soap. It would be sufficient just to rub it with Water.

sheikh here are some people who keep the intention that if this work of mine is done by ALLAH I will give this much amount of charity and give only if that thing happens otherwise not even if they are suggested to do so they simply say my work for which I have to give it was not accomplished. Is this permissible.

ANSWER: This is called a vow and it is mandatory to be fulfilled if what they asked for gets achieved. It is not recommended to make a vow to begin with.
