ANSWER:

There is a hadeeth regarding sadaqa where the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said that one dirham has over passed 100,000 dirham where a poor man had 2 dirham and he gave one in charity which is half of his wealth, while a rich man gave 100,000 of his millions which constitutes to nothing of his wealth.

I heard that if someone ask something from me by telling, “please give me money for the sake of Allah”, then I must give him something. Is this true? If yes, there are some beggers in front of mosque who beg by saying this constantly in every waqt. Should I give him in every time he asks?
