I am an orphan with no parents, and I am an only child, ie no brothers. Both my grandfathers have passed away. My father has no brothers.I am getting married soon. However, my future husband’s family is concerned I do not have a male guardian. Please advise.

ANSWER: You can go to the Masjid near you or the authorised Islamic center, they will look into your case and the Imam would act as your guardian.

How to ask forgiveness sincerely with so much regret that they committed a sin..? if they dont feel sadness or regret that they committed such and such but they want to feel sadness and regret that they committed such and such a sin and they want to ask forgiveness from ALLAH very sincerely with so much regret and sadness for what they did..how can they do this?

ANSWER: If one doesn’t feel regret or remorse, his repentance is not accepted.

Is event management permissible? What if we only provide the furniture, food or land for a wedding or birthday which involves haraam activities example music, or dance etc? Is our earnings haraam if our intentions are pure and we only want to do business? We cannot stop the customers from doing such things or our business will close.My father has this business and this is our only source of income

ANSWER: If you know that these events have haram activities it is not permissible to organize these events. As for birthdays, it is haram as birthdays are not allowed in islam.

Is it permissible for a Muslim to withhold prophetic narrations such as that of flies’ wings containing both the disease and its respective antidote? The context is that of him in a university in a non-Muslim country where if a non-Muslim,senior to him,were to investigate and discover the truth of what the prophet said he’d get all the benefit and may patent the antidotes.Muslim would be left out.

I put beard balm on my beard. do i need to conpleltetly wash it out during wudu. it is liquidy but thick like oil. it contains all halal ingridients. please advise

ANSWER: You don’t need to wash it off to make wudu, just rub water thoroughly while making wudu.

Is it permissible to hold a paper or iPhone after third Takbeer with with the funeral Du’ā from Bukhaari for the deceased if one has not memorised it? (Allaahum-maghfir lahu warhamhu…)

ANSWER: You shouldn’t do that! Simply make Duaa for the deceased.

If a father takes a huge loan in the name of a son against his will (because the son knows riba is haram) from the bank for business purposes and the son does not want profit from the business because he does not want it as he wants to avoid any form of riba. In this case, does the son fall in any sin of taking riba?

when is the latest you can make intention to fast a voluntary fast? E.g after fajr Adhan but before the white thread of dawn?

ANSWER: You can intend voluntary fast any time providing you didn’t consume anything after Fajr.

i heard from my friend that prophet mohammad (puh) wont eat chicken and he used to deny chichen since chicken eats insectects. am very clear that chicken is halal to eat but my question is whether my friend said thing is correct or not. before posting this question i searched in net and i couldnt find answer. could you please give the hadees number.
