Can you talk to someone who said I left the religion of islam and you were friends before ?

If you talk to him to give him dawah and to make him come back to Islam, this is permissible. Otherwise, he is bad news and you must cut him off.

Here some people says that once a person died, we should not talk bad about him cause for our bad comments he would get bad treatment. On the other hand if we talk only good about dat dead, he would get reward from Allah for that. Is that true? If yes, there are people who have two faces what will happen to those.

This is not an excuse, you can fast every alternate day, lower you gaze, and surround yourself with righteous practicing Muslims 24/7.

We know that there are 17 units of prayer that are obligatory (فرض) in one day. 2 in fajr 4 in zuhr 4 in asr 3 in maghrib 4 in Isha . What if a person prays only these 17 units?? Will he be asked about the remaining (Sunnah) units which he didn’t prayed??

Sunnah is not obligatory so one is not sinful for not praying them. However, you will lose a great deal of reward for not praying it and also your Fard prayers have a lot of errors in them that are only compensated by sunnah prayers!
