I have a doubt that i made my wadhu and i offered prayer tahyatul wadhu at the time 12:00am half an hour before zohor so my mother said u can pray namaz before zohar she said u cant make sajda at that time so i m little but confused plzz can u explain me can i pray or not

ANSWER: What your mother had said is not correct. The forbidden times are prohibited for prayer and not for sujood. Tahiyatul wudhu or the masjid are exempted as they have a reason for them.

Whenever I’m happy with my husband and satisfied with happniess in my married life, same day or next day fight terribly as if the marriage is going to end or as if we will kill eachother,inshort whever we are happy,I do get a feeling that a bad fight is coming up. There’s a turkish friend of mine that she took the advise for some matters bothering her in her life, of a lady who she claims is very good Muslim but it seems she knows some information (not dangerous) by some Muslim Jinni. ANSWER: She must not go to such a person as utilizing jinns is kufr and what she’s doing is sorcery, which is totally prohibited. Going to her and believing in her would take a person out of the folds of Islam.

According to the law of the land anything bought after marriage is automatically shared ownership regardless who bought it and the name under it. My father bought a house, now that he passed away do the inheritance must be halved first then divided as my mother is still alive eventhough name of ownership is only my father.

ANSWER: It shouldn’t be halved first, If the papers were on his name, the property would be divided between all his heirs, including his wife, according to Shariah. The law of the land has no superiority over Allah’s law.

My friend went to park with her husband and 4 small kids and her husband said they will go home after magrib prayer.As soon as he came out of the mosque he fell and died at the spot.It is a month now but my friend cries all the time.She is unable to believe that her loving husband is no more.She has now responsibility of 4 kids.How should I console her and help her out of it?

ANSWER: Tell her that he had a beautiful ending in Sha Allah and that this is a good sign. Allah is their provider and she must trust Allah and depend on Him alone as we will all die one day. May Allah make it easy on her.

I usually pray witr after isha prayers and wake up around 3am and pray tahajjud and later fajr. But a friend said that witr should be prayed after tahajjud since it should be the last prayer of the day. What’s the correct opinion on this? Im confused because i thought tahajjud was supposed to be considered the next day

ANSWER: Your friend is correct. Witr is the last prayer you pray for the night and should be prayed after tahajjud. But if you are afraid not to wake up, you can pray it before going to bed as you are doing at the moment.
