I asked my Imaam about observing I’tikaaf from now for 3 days he said that whatever you observe now will not be Sunnah as the Sunnah which prophet did for Ramadan was observing all 10 days So whatever i will do for 3 or 5 will be just I’tikaaf but not the I’tikaaf of Ramadan..
