QUESTION: I own a house that I rent out to tenants. There is a dargah/mazar (shrine) nearby, and many tenants rent the house mainly because they come to visit the shrine, while some rent it for ordinary residential purposes. Some tenants are also non-Muslims. If I know that certain tenants are staying there mainly to visit the shrine, does the rent I receive from them become haram?

ANSWER: If they tell you on their own beforehand that they want to rent it only due to the shrine, you should not rent it to them but if they don’t tell you anything, you can rent without a problem & you don’t need to ask them anything.

ANSWER: You must not settle for a suitor who is less practicing than you or who would make your life miserable, for example if he watches movies and listens to music when you don’t!

QUESTION: I pray witr according to the hanafi belief because i am hanafi but i do sujood as sahw before and after salam as What you have taught me because i understood it. QUESTION: If a person knows that a certain dhikr or deed carries a reward but doesn’t remember the specific reward, will they still receive the same reward for doing it? There are so many adhkar with different rewards that it’s easy to forget or mix them up.

QUESTION: Sheikh, if someone works in a pharmacy and has to deal with customers, is he permitted to look at non-mahram female customers when they enter the shop to purchase medicine? QUESTION: My father got a vomit and did not know that unintentional vomit does not break the fast. so sine he thought he broke the fast he ate and drank normally. later he found out after years that it does not break fast. what should he do to make up for it kaffara or make up fast?
