ANSWER: The hadeeth is authentic but it is not about Owais Al Qarni as all other Hadeeths referring to him are not authentic.

Is it true that Istikhara prayer can be performed even at forbidden times, that is after Fajr till Ishraq and after Asr? I heard a sheikh saying this in Khutba in KSA and want to confirm if its true or not.

ANSWER: Yes, this is true if there’s need for it.

I was taught in school that out of the 1,24,000 prophets, holy scriptures were revealed to only 4 of them (Musa AS, Dawood AS, Isa AS and Muhammad PBUH). However, I heard some scholars saying even the Veda contains prophesies of Muhammad PBUH. Does this mean what I was taught was wrong?

ANSWER: No, this is not permissible.

I am inshallah going to go to umrah end of this month from UK. I just wanted to know is it allowed to do more than 1 umrah?. If yes then do we go to masjid aisha to put our ihram on?. I am confused to this issue because people say you are allowed and i was listening to a lecture and it said we are not allowed. Please could you clarify.

ANSWER: The Sunnah is to do only one umrah per trip however it is permissible if you want to do more and yes, you should go to masjid Ayesha and make ihram from there.
