Salesman allow customers to pay extra money for extending warranty. Extended warranty provides two benefits i.e repairing cost and replacing cost are free. Salesman are selling extended warranty saying these two benefits. So if customer buys a warranty for 100 riyals the salesman gets 10 riyal added to salary, more sales means more money added, is this 10 riyal halal or haram for the salesman?

ANSWER: This is not permissible.

I want to ask what’s the reason for credit card being haram. Basically bank would only lend u money if it’s profitable to do so. Why would anybody give u money if it doesnt earn them any profit (interest). It’s not me who’s questioning this, but when I talk about credit card this is the argument my brothers bring in for which ive no ans. they say many well known scholars use credit cards.

My question is I live in India …i ve purchased a property for house.. I ve paid half of the money to lender.. Now I don’t have enough money to pay rest of the amount.. ANSWER: It is not permissible to take interest based loan at all, it is totally prohibited. You shouldn’t have gotten into such a prohibited transaction in the first place without measuring the consequences! Try to take a halal loan from family or friends.

we do pay full amount of jakat but this time the full amount has not been payed till now (for the last Ramadan) what is the last time to pay the rest?can we pay it after this Ramadan including the amount of we have to pay for this fiscal year.

ANSWER: You are sinful every single day for delaying it! Zakat must be given on the spot without any delay once it is due.

If saudi declares ramadan tomorrow and pakistan day after tomorrow still my parents can keep fast with saudi arab as they will be coming on vacation irrespective of when Pakistan declares ramadan. Sorry want to be clear.

ANSWER: They will fast according to the place they’re in at that time when Ramadan begins! This means that if they are in Pakistan, they must fast according to Pakistan.
