ANSWER: A Muslim has the right to allocate one third of his wealth to anyone who will not inherit him! This means that one can give after his death one third or less to any one or project or charity and his heirs would not have any part in this third.

I am currently in High School in America. For a math class I had a non Muslim Catholic teacher who is a woman. I don’t have her in class anymore but I go and visit her frequently and talk to her about Islam and why I love it. And I try to understand why she loves her religion. I want her to convert so I make tons of Du’a and go and give her Dawah. Am I sinning by going and seeing her?

I be traveling soon to another city about 200kms journey inn shaa Allah, my salah be a travelers prayer but there so many masajid there, so when the adhan is called which can hear it ofcourse, do I join the congregation or pray the travelers prayer?

ANSWER: You can go to the masjid and pray. But if you pray home because you are a traveler, this is permissible. If you pray in the congregation, behind a local Imam, you must follow him and pray full.
