ANSWER:

He cannot act as mahram for you to travel with unless he reaches the age of puberty or is at least 15 years old. 

My 10 years old nephew still didn’t show signs of puberty like trace of facial hair etc. Can I take him as a MAHRAM for traveling or he must reach puberty first?
